Archie John Limited is a residential consultancy business specialising in the residential property market. Director, Fraser Scott started the business in 2011 in response to being engaged by one of the North-West’s leading estate agents to research the viability of an existing on-line estate agency business.

Director at board level with UK's largest agent, Fraser has achieved success at this level in the core areas of the industry: Estate agency, financial services, international property and residential development.
Following his on-line project Fraser returned to Countrywide Estate Agents where he has been a board director and senior manager for over 20 years in the core operational areas of estate agency, new homes, financial services and overseas property and has substantial experience of these segments throughout the UK and abroad. Fraser has recruited, coached, trained and inspired many of the north-west's leading estate agents.

Louise joined the property industry in the nineties and worked in the booming development market through the noughties. Louise has extensive property services experience in managing sales, marketing, and financial transactions in the development market and enables the team to deliver its high level of service to its clients.
Beth joined the financial services industry in 1998 and worked in both retail and corporate banking in and around Cheshire and city centre Manchester. During this time Beth gained significant experience in both the buisness to business arena and personal finance solutions.
